These regulations apply to all those staying in the holiday apartments regardless of their status.
All persons staying in the holiday apartments are subject by contract to the bye-laws governing holiday apartments. The occupant may not call upon any of the provisions applicable to housing, especially those concerning maintenance of premises. Setting up residence in the holiday apartments, either privately or professionally, is forbidden.
1°-Opening and closing of the holiday apartment complex
Open all year round.
2°- Reception
Opening times from 9am to 12am and 2pm to 6pm
Information on all the services available in the holiday apartments, shopping, facilities, tourist attractions in the area and other useful addresses can be found at the reception desk. Directions will be posted on the reception office door in the case of absence.
3°- Conditions of admission
Only those people listed on the reservation form are admitted into the holiday flats. The hirer will receive an electronic badge which enables the automatic car park gate to be opened. It is forbidden to allow any other visitors’ cars to enter the car park, under penalty of the car being towed away.
4°- Arrivals / Departures
Most of the holiday lets are from Saturday at 5pm to Saturday at 10am. The apartments must be cleaned and tidied before departure. The management reserves the right to retain either all or part of the damage deposit paid on arrival should the apartment be handed back in an unsatisfactory condition.
5°- Noise disturbance
All those staying at the holiday apartments are urged to avoid making any noise that may cause nuisance to their
neighbors. Sound levels of televisions, radios etc. should be adjusted accordingly. Kindly avoid slamming car doors and boots. No noise should be made between 10pm and 7am.
6°- Visitors
Any occasional visitor is accepted under the responsibility of the hirer and should first report to the reception desk. The car park is for the exclusive use of our clients and visitors are forbidden from parking there. Failure to observe this rule will result in the visitor’s car being towed away.
7°- Speed limits and parking
There is a speed limit of 10km/hr within the grounds. Kindly observe the sign posts and directions.
8°- Terms and conditions of hire
All persons using the holiday apartments should avoid any action that may cause damage to the property, give rise to hygiene problems or cause prejudice to the aspect of the establishment in general. It is strictly forbidden to empty polluted water on the ground or into the gutters. Household waste, rubbish of any nature and papers must be disposed of in the containers provided. Plants and floral decorations must be respected and any damage to the vegetation, fencing, ground or equipment will be paid for by the person causing the damage.
9°- Safety
A- Fire
Open fires are strictly forbidden. Barbecues (wood, charcoal, etc) are allowed, subject to observation of basic safety rules (minimum distance from the building : 20 metres, a bucket of water at hand in order to stop the spread of any fire, should an incident arise). Kindly respect your fellow holidaymakers and take into account the direction of the wind when lighting your barbecue so as not to inconvenience anyone with smoke.Fire extinguishers are available to everyone; you must immediately notify the management, should a fire occur.
B- Access
The management of Izarpean reserves the right to enter the let accommodation in order to carry out any maintenance or security checks. Under no circumstances should the hirer change the system of access to the holiday apartments.C- Theft
Provisions of Article 1952 et seq of the Civil Code relating to hotel establishments do not apply. Izarpean Holiday Apartments are not responsible for theft or damage of any personal belongings, should this occur in the apartments, the communal areas, the car parks or any other annex or outbuilding of the establishment, this contract being subject to the bye-laws governing holiday apartments.
