Terms and Conditions

1°) Availability :
Initial enquiries should be made by telephone in order to check on availability for a certain period.

2°) Pets :
No pets are allowed in the holiday apartments.

3°) Definitive reservations :
A reservation only becomes definitive upon payment of a deposit in the sum of 25% of the total cost plus 15.00€ booking charge. The reservation office will then confirm this reservation in writing. The reservation is made in the name of the main party member and is non-transferable.

4°) Payment :
The balance of the total cost must be paid upon arrival, as well as a refundable damage deposit of 300.00€. This deposit will be returned in full at the end of your stay minus any costs that may have been incurred to restore the apartment to the condition in which it was hired to you. A charge of 40.00€ may be withheld should the apartment be insufficiently cleaned before departure.

5°) Late arrivals or early departures :
No refunds are made for late arrivals or early departures.

6°) Cancellation :
You have the right to withdraw from the hire contract within ten days of the contract and deposit payment being received; after this time refunds will only be made if cancellation insurance has been taken. In all other cases, the total cost of the holiday must be settled by the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellation insurance :
- This insurance cover costs 3.00 per day and is payable in total at the time of booking. This cost should be added to the deposit and concerns all those persons listed on the booking form.

- Any claim made must be notified by registered letter with proof of delivery at least three days after the event that led to the cancellation has occurred. A complete list of the grounds for cancellation covered by this insurance policy is detailed below. Any claim must accompanied by detailed and irrefutable substantiation.

- Cancellation insurance covers the refund of the sums paid when cancellation occurs between the date of reservation and the arrival date, for an event that was unforeseeable at the time of booking. The reservation charge of 15€ and the cost of the cancellation insurance are non-refundable.

1°) Death, serious accident or illness concerning yourself, your spouse, children or parents, brothers and sisters.

2°) Loss of employment by yourself or your spouse.

3°) Moving residence due to job transfer

4°) Damage occurring to your main residence following fire, water damage, property damage due to theft or vandalism, storm, natural catastrophe.

The cancellation insurance ceases at the start of the hiring period and does not apply if one of the events listed above occurs during the stay.

7°) Late arrival :
In the absence of any notification from the client regarding a late arrival, the holiday apartment becomes available for letting 24 hours after the scheduled date of arrival and the total amount of the holiday remains due.

8°) Holiday tax :
 0,70 € per person aged over ten per night.

9°) Heating :
Heating in the holiday apartments is included.

10°) Occupancy of the holiday apartment :
The number of occupants must comply with the capacity detailed for each apartment for the standard tariff.

11°) Regulations :
All clients must comply with the establishment’s regulations.

12°) Litigation :
Any litigation will be brought before the Courts of Bayonne who have sole jurisdiction.
